You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any systems or networks connected to it.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ULU Developers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, process, and store data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULU Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
